Authorizing the the NSA to violate the rights and civil liberties of Americans in my book is impeachable. The only thing is if that happens and he is removed, Cheny becomes President. 6 of one 1/2 a dozen of the other.

FCC Wants VoIP Users to Pay Tax, Too

December 15, 2005, 1:50 PMThe FCC will likely force Internet telephone, or VoIP, providers to contribute to the Universal Service Fund, a program that helps subsidize telecommunications services in high-cost regions of the country, and in schools and libraries.
I wouldn’t mind this tax as long as the tax collected from VOIP is SOLEY used to fund the extension of broadband to these same communities.
