I finally had a chance to get some work done on my custom widgets. Seeing it on the page again, reminds me that I have WAY too many links and I need to do some pruning. Not just from a aesthetic point of view, from an SEO perspective as well. Having so many links dampens you page rank. It also reminds me that I need to return a series I started featuring items from my blogroll. A daunting task when you look at the size of it. But I guess that is also motivation cutting it down as well.

UPDATE - 3:00pm ET, August 31, 2007: After staying silent most of the day, Apple fired back against NBC Universal by deciding to pull the company’s content at the beginning of the new television season. Additionally, it disclosed that Universal was attempting to get Apple to pay more than double the wholesale price for content. If Apple would have agreed, pricing of videos would have jumped to $4.99.
